UR-5500 LED - for the ceramics industry

For the contactless moisture measurement of bulk industry´s products. Places of installation can be found in nearly every division of our industries. Our main focus is the ceramics industry, where the UR-5200 finds it´s place on mixing machines, conveyers, rotary screen feeders, vaccum aggregates and sprinkle towers.

Optional, the sensor can be upgraded with a color-sensor to compensate color differences and to assure a constant accuracy of the measurement.

You can also upgrade the UR-5200 with a distance-sensor for conveyers, to check the level of the measurable material or even the lack of it.

Example of use

This drawing shoes a rigid / flexible fibre optic cable systems for installation at a vacuum tank, above a burner system, to optimise the melting process through the moisture.
These fibre optic cable systems are used in numerous types in applications where the measuring head cannot be accommodated or where the ambient conditions are unfavourable (high temperatures or EX protection).
