The WI-3600 consists of a robust L-bar profile frame. This frame can be integrated into almost any existing belt unit thanks to its flat, modular design. The precise measuring sensor is protected against shock loads by a mechanical overload stop.

The material flow transported generates a pressure load via the conveyor belt which is picked up by the weighing frame and transmitted to a high-precision load cell. A converter amplifies the signal locally and transmits it in a fail-safe way to the electronics unit across distances of up to 600m. The electronics unit scales the weight signal and links it to the feed speed which is detected through a robust measuring wheel. The electronics unit simultaneously displays the capacity (t/h) and the absolute quantity (t). 4 meters and several outputs are available.
